Education and Certification
Richard is a graduate of the University of Derby where he completed his Bachelor of Business Studies with a major in Operations. He has also completed graduate-level certifications at the Kingstown College, Ireland.
He is a Certified Instructor (Train the Trainer), a Certified Executive Coach and Sports Psychology, and is a member of the European Mentoring & Coaching Council.
In addition to his professional pursuits, Richard is one of the Founders of the “Men Don’t Talk Group in Belgium” – Accompanying men in their Human experience.
He leveraged his love of sport by doing the London Triathlon raising thousands of euros for a school project in Kenya. Richard lives just outside Brussels, Belgium where he enjoys creating and living a life that he loves with his wife and children.
